Through the years I have learned what people expect from a person they do business with.

One is expertise. I have over 20 years of experience, plus I'm a third generation floor man. My Grandfather started hardwood flooring in 1948. My father carried on the tradition and passed it on to me. I’m telling you this because I’m a highly skilled floor man that's learned from people who's been in business for many decades. Only the strong survive.

Another thing people need... is to trust the person they are doing business with. You know the saying "Do what you say and say what you do"? That's exactly what you get from me.
