Encapsulation is a great way to clean carpet especially if you want it to dry fast. Plus you will not have a sticky residue left behind that attracts dirt.

 

Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning

First pre-vacuum your carpet, apply encapsulation to the carpet by spraying it or by using the tank that's attached to the buffing machine, and agitate it with a rotary machine using a red or white pad. Or another way of agitating your carpet is by using a CRB Machine that brushes the encapsulation into the carpet which breaks the soil free from the fibers.

To extract up the soil you can go back over the carpet using a buffing machine with an absorbent pad. The pad attracts soil and moister to the pad. Your carpet will dry superfast within 1-2 hours with this method.

Professionals are moving to encapsulation cleaning. The chemistry forms around the particles and crystallizes it so that it attracts more soil. The encapsulated soil breaks free from the fiber and is easily vacuumed up. Encapsulation also gives your carpet a protective coating. The coating protects against wear, tear, and stains. PLUS your carpet dries quick.

 

10 steps of Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning.

(1)  Next move your furniture into another room using shoulder dolly moving straps and super sliders to avoid injuries.

(2) If you have hardwood floors carry your furniture across them. DO NOT SLIDE... Big mistake!

(3)  Vacuum your carpet thoroughly. This is a must.

(4) Apply stain remover to the stains and Encapsulation solution to the carpet and let is sit for 10 minutes. This softens the soil and stain. It makes it easier to remove.

(5) With your buffing machine or CRB start from one side of the room and clean to the other side of the room. Giving it a nice agitation.

(6) Go back over your carpet with an absorbent pad on your buffing machine to extract up the soil.

(7) Turn your ceiling fans on.

(8) On cold days crank up the heat. This draws out the humidity.

(9) Encapsulation method of carpet cleaning dries within 1-2 hours.

(10) Move your furniture back when the carpet is dry.
